Shipping Information
When will my order ship?
We’re always working to get your orders on their way to you as quickly as we can. Most orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, though there may be some delays around sales and peak periods. You’ll get a notification when your order has started its journey. But we strive to dispatch within one business day for orders within Nairobi and next business day outside Nairobi.
When will my order arrive?
Orders within Nairobi have a double dispatch schedule, the first batch is done between 9am-12pm while the second delivery batch between 3pm-6pm. All orders outside Nairobi if paid before midday will be dispatched by a parcel service within the same day and expected to be delivered by the following day.
Can you leave my order outside my door?
No, we deliver all orders to delegated personnel or appointed person provided the buyer includes it in the buying note and includes the personal details of the recipient, an official identification document is required for this purpose.
What is the return policy?
We offer 48 hours return policy, buyers pay return postage fees. We will only accept return for items that have not been opened or attempted to be fit in a vehicle. Items must be in the original packaging and in as-new condition.

We accept various payment modes through our website, an Mpesa/Airtel mobile money payment ,VISA, Mastercard and Debit card payment. ( A prompt will be done at check out stage of order confirmation)
