Reseller Program
Overview
The Autostore EA Reseller Program is for garages, mechanics, workshops, car dealers, fleet operators and parts shops that buy genuine parts regularly. Resellers get trade pricing, priority support and fast delivery on filters, brake parts, spark plugs and more.
Who can apply
- Registered businesses or established workshops, garages and shops in [Kenya / region]
- Fleet and transport operators buying regularly
- Online sellers who stock and resell automotive parts
- You will need a business registration or KRA PIN certificate, or proof of an operating workshop, shop or fleet.

Pricing tiers

Discounts apply to listed products. Some brands or promotional items may be excluded.
How to join
- Fill in the reseller application form at our contact page, or message us on 0786 888 111.
- Send your business name, contact person, phone, email, location and business documents (registration, KRA PIN or workshop proof).
- We review your application within [2-3] business days.
- Once approved, you receive your reseller pricing and account details.
Reseller terms
- Approval. We may accept or decline applications at our discretion and may review accounts periodically.
- Minimums. Resellers must keep a minimum of their specific tier cost in purchases over [3] months to stay in the program.
- Payment. Orders are paid [in advance / within [3] days for approved credit accounts]. Late payment may lead to suspended credit, interest of 10% or removal from the program.
- Authentic products. Resellers must resell parts in their original packaging and must not mix our parts with counterfeit or unbranded products while presenting them as genuine from us.
- Representation. Resellers must not claim to be an official Autostore KE branch or distributor, or make false claims about warranty, fitment or origin. You may say you buy from Autostore KE.
- Brand use. Autostore KE and manufacturer logos may be used only with our written permission.
- Pricing and resale. You are free to set your own resale prices.
- Returns and warranty. Standard returns follow Section 8 of the Terms of Service, but [trade returns must be requested within [2] days]. Manufacturer warranty applies to defects, and we will help you process warranty claims.
- Customer responsibility. You are responsible for fitment advice, installation and service you give your own customers.
- Termination. Either side may end the arrangement with [7] days’ notice. We may end it immediately for fraud, non-payment, misrepresentation or breach of these terms.
- Changes. We may update prices, tiers and these terms with notice. Orders are charged at the price confirmed when placed.
- Governing law. Kenyan law applies, and the Terms of Service above also apply to reseller orders.
